TUMSPR News: Dr. Bagher Larijani, TUMS chancellor, in a message to Professor Haratoun Davidian's family and friends expressed his condolences for the loss.
The chancellor for Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), Dr. Bagher Larijani, in a message has expressed his deep sorrow for the loss of Dr. Haratoun Davidian, the renowned Iranian psychiatrist. In his message, the chancellor has underlined the important role the professor has had in the growth and prosperity of psychiatry in Iran with brilliant achievements.
Dr. Haratoun Davidian, 85, passed away in late October, 2009.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at Rouzbeh Hospital at 9 - 12 a.m. in Tehran.
