The Second Congress for Iranian-born Residents of Foreign Countries and its Scientific, Technological and Cultural Exhibition

TUMSPR News: Parallel to holding the congress for Iranian born citizens of foreign countries an exhibition was held to highlight the scientific and technological, capabilities of different ministries, organizations and universities on the second of August
An exhibition to highlight the scientific and technological, capabilities of different ministries, organizations and universities was held on August 2, 2010 parallel to the congress participated for Iranian-born residents of western countries.
Based on the report by one of the reporters of TUMS Public Relations, Mr. Moghimi, the head of the exhibition, has been quoted as saying that the exhibition has been held to boost self-confidence among Iranians living abroad and to introduce the capabilities of the country.
About 1200 invitees who are mostly experts in different fields of studies will discuss ways of scientific, technological, economic, artistic and cultural development of the mother country.
Nearly 270 organizations and universities including Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) have participated in the exhibition.
The exhibition will be open for four days and the last two days it will be open to the public.
