Bagher Larijani, TUMS Chancellor, in a message for the 2010 – 2011 academic year has sent a message and has urged the faculty and the staff to move at the direction of science and culture.
In his message for the students, faculties and staff, the chancellor for Tehran University of medical Sciences (TUMS), Dr. Bagher Larijani, has congratulated the commencement of the 2010—2011 academic year and has metaphorically compared it to the insufflation of spirit to the body of the University.
The chancellor has also emphasized on the production and utilization of science as a key to the growth and prosperity of nations and has concluded that academic institutions bear a greater responsibility in this regard. He has acknowledged that this would not be materialized without unanimity and mutual effort between the students, faculties and staff.
Dr. Larijani has finally urged for greater efforts in scientific and cultural activities.
