TUMSPR News: Following a symposium held at Tehran University of Medical Sciences on Electronic Hospitals and Telemedicine on October 11 to 12, 2010, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the university and the University of New Mexico.
Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) held a two-day symposium on Electronic Hospitals and Telemedicine on October 11 to 12, 2010 and a memorandum of understanding was signed between the University and the University of Mexico.
Professor Dale Alverson, the president of the board of directors of the University of New Mexico on behalf of professor Paul Roth, the vice-president of the university and Dr. Bagher Larijani, the president of TUMS, signed the memorandum to enhance academic ties between the two institutions.
The memorandum would serve as the preliminary steps towards holding joint courses in telemedicine, exchanging of faculties and students and doing mutual research.
