TUMS/PRNS: According to our reporter in cultural and scholar affairs deputy of TUMS,a new clinical center that suggests free counseling services to the inhabitant students of "Kuye daneshgah"(main residential campus of the university) initiated its activity with after a short openinig ceremony last week.
In this ceremony, Dr. Mohaghegh vice chancellor of TUMS for cultural and scholar affairs participated and had a speech.
He emphasized on the necessity of extending this center activities particularly in the field of " life skills training" both for students and university staff who work in this deputy.
In another part of this inauguration ceremony ,a session on the topic of mental health in the university and the various ways of improving it was held by the attending psychologists in the ceremony.
According to this report, in this center there are several services such as counseling and psychotherapy,educational classes and workshops in the field of mental health, distributing educational pamphlets.
