TUMSPR News: Upon his visit to Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), the Malaysian Higher Education Minister, Mr. Mustapa Mohamed, Thanked the Chancellor.
In a letter to TUMS’ chancellor, the Malaysian Higher Education Minister, Mr. Mustapa Mohamed thanked Dr. Larijani, for the visit, byhim and his accompanying delegate to Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS).
The letter reads as follows:

WORKING VISIT OF MINISTRY OF HIGHER EDUCATION OF MALAYSIA AND DELEGATES TO TEHRAN UNIVERSITY OF MEDICAL SCIENCES AND HEALTH SERVICES
It was indeed a pleasure to visit your university and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to you and your colleagues for taking the time to meet with my delegation during our working visit on 28 November to 1 December 2007.
The visit allowed my delegation to explore the possibilities of fostering greater collaboration between institutions of higher learning in Malaysia and Tehran University of Medical Sciences and Health services for the Mutual benefit of both our countries. My officers will be in contact with your university and I look forward to the outcome from these ensuing engagements. Once again, thank you for your kind hospitality.
