Iran’s President Praises TUMS for being Recognized as the “Select Medical Sciences University” at 15th Razi Research Festival

TUMSPR News: In a letter, Iran’s president has praised and congratulated Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) for achieving the title “the Select Medical Sciences University” among peer institutions at Razi Research Festival.


Iranian president, Dr. Ahmidinezhad, in a letter to Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) has praised the University for achieving the first place among peer institutions and has been recognized as the “Select Medical Sciences University” domestically and congratulated the chancellor, Dr. Bagher Larijani, all the faculty members, researchers and those who have been of help in this regard.

In his letter, the president writes “I cordially congratulate the University for achieving the title “the select medical university” at 15th Razi Research Festival.

The festival held at IRIB Conference Hall January 10, 2010, TUMS Endocrinology and Metabolism, HIV/AIDS, Psychiatry and Psychology, Nanotechnology, Biotechnology and Students Research Centers and 12 individuals plus Daru, (meaning Drug) Journal which is published in English won 19 awards to place TUMS on top of the list.
