TUMS/PRNS: In the twelfth series of the Iranian academic competitions of "Holy Quran" performed by cultural council of health ministry between medical sciences universities throughout the country,Tehran university of medical sciences won the first prize.
According to Dr. Masjedi advisorof health minister in cultural and scholar affairs in the present series of these competitive educational races 45 universities participated and TUMS with the score of 35 points won the first rank .
Shiraz university of medical sciences (Fars province) with 28 points and Both Isfahan and Semnan universities of medical sciences together with 19 points scored the second and third position of the Quran competitions of Iran medical universities.
Holy Quran as the main source of Islamic education of lifestyle is the most important book in Muslims' daily life and also the best guidance for them to make the right choice in critical situations of life and due to this beliefs ,learning this book is a necessity for Muslims that will be improved by performing competitions like the twelfth series of the Iranian academic competitions of "Holy Quran".
