Tehran University of Medical Sciences /Public Relations News Service: According to the latest report from the public relations office of Razi Hospital, this modern advancing therapeutic method is becoming more acceptable among dermeatologists of the university.


Phototherapy, with UVA and UVB is considered as an alternative modern treatment for some of chronic skin disorders like Psoriasis and Vitiligo.

Decision making about the benefits of this kind of treatment for particular patients is the most important aspect of phototherapy with ultraviolet source.



Now, following the studies made in this field by Tehran university researchers especially in Razi hospital this advanced treatment is at hand comfortably for the patients who need it and the use of phototherapy & other modern facilities of treatment is becoming more popular day by day.


Razi Hospital is the specialized Hospital of Tehran University of medical sciences for skin disorders with a tarnover of 500 outpatients everyday, most of them are referrals from other medical centers of the Tehran and even other cities of Iran.
