The Ministry of Health OKs the Establishment of Three Medial Speciality Fields and the Faculty of New Medical Technologies at TUMS

TUMSPR News: By this agreement, Medical Biotechnology and Molecular Medicine specialty degrees and Nursing Emergency Care, at master’s level and the Faculty of New Medical Technologies will be established by TUMS.

Dr. Lankarani, the Minister of Health & Medical Education, in a letter to Tehran University of Medical Sciences’ Chancellor, Dr. Larijani, OKed the establishment of a new faculty and three higher education degrees. The letter reads as follows:

The Respected Chancellor of Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS),

Based on the decision taken at the development of medical universities council on June 14th, 2008, a common agreement was reached for the establishment of Nursing Emergency Care field at master’s degree with five students to enroll.
