Tehran University of Medical Sciences /Public Relations News Service: Dr. Lankarani minister of health annouced that Islamic Republic of Iran has reached the first rank in knowledge production in the EMRO region, considering medical articles authored be Iranainian researchers.
Dr. Lankarani added in an interview with one of independent news agiencies the highest number of international scientific articles in EMRO region belongs to Iran according to the formal assessments of WHO.
Eastern Meditaranian Regional Organization of World Health Organization includes some countries which has numerous collaborative studies with european and american countries that is considered as their own scientific products, Dr. Lankarani emphasized and continued : the localization of science production is basically different and fortunately we have attained this stage.
