Gatmiri who has been an avid and keen columnist of some papers and magazines in the past and presently is the secretary of TUMS Alumni Office too, believes that time for looking at this phenomenon as a luxury asset has long been over and due to the vital and delicate nature of public Relations in shaping the destiny of organizations in the modern times, intelligent leaders of organizations have realized to strategically use it for the promotion of their position among rival institutions.
