TUMSPR News: The Head of Islamic Culture and Civilization Committee, Dr. Ali Akbar Velayati, in a letter to TUMS Chancellor, Dr. Bagher Larijani, thanked him for his effective and detrimental cooperation in holding the first congress on “Culture and Civilization History of Islam and Iran”.
Dr. Ali Akbar Velayati , the Head of Islamic Culture and Civilization Committee, in a letter to the chancellor for Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), Dr. Bagher Larijani, thanked him for his decisive cooperation in holding the first “Culture and Civilization History of Islam and Iran” congress, the symposia and the workshops. In the end, he has wished to get the chancellor’s support for the coming congresses.
The Culture and Civilization History of Islam and Iran congress was held in Iran on December 8 to 10, 2009.
The secretariat for this aforementioned congress was recently assigned to be situated in the University by the ministry of health.
