The First Persian Gulf Congress on Rhinology and Facial Plastic Surgery to be Held by TUMS

TUMSPR News: The First Persian Gulf Congress on Rhinology and Facial Plastic Surgery will be held by Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) in collaboration with Rhinology Research Society (RRS) in Tehran on December 5 to 7, 2009.
Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) in collaboration with Rhinology Research Society (RRS) will hold the First Persian Gulf Congress on Rhinology and Facial Plastic Surgery in Tehran on December 5 to 7, 2009.
This is the third time TUMS is collaboratively holding such conference with the Rhinology Research Society (RRS). The first Persian Gulf on Rhinology and Facial Plastic Surgery had been held at Milad Tower by the participation of 1200 Iranian and 200 foreign scientists and ENTspecialists in 2008.
The keynote lecturer would be Dr. Howard L. Levine, the Director of the Cleveland Nasal-Sinus and Sleep Center. He is on the consultant staff of the Head and Neck Institute of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where he was formerly the head of the section of nasal and sinus disorders at the Foundation. He was the president of American Rhinology Society in 2006-2007.
Levine has written and lectured on nasal endoscopic diagnostic techniques, functional sinus surgery, and advanced applications for managing nasal and sinus disease since the early 1980’s.
Other guests and rhinology course instructors would be professor Nolst Trenite, the president of European Academy of facial plastic surgeons, Dr. Fzil Apaydin the vice-president of the academy an Dr. Ignazio Taska.
