Regarding the undertakings of Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) for its leading role in carrying out major projects in combating drug dependence, its treatment, establishment of Iran’s National Center for Addiction Studies (INCAS), holding MPH and PhD courses on drug addiction, a presidential plaque of appreciation has been presented to Dr. Bagher Larijani, TUMS chancellor by the vice-president, Dr. Davoudi, on June 27, 2009.
