TUMS News: Dr.Larijani in the praisal ceremony of retired professors of TUMS announced that about one third of scientific production in the field of medicine is the result of TUMS researchers' creative works.
Promising the retired faculties to compensate their salaries in a short time, Dr. Larijani added: by the continous hard working of our colleagues in TUMS, we were able to Reach the 7 th. Place in middle east universities ranking even though our previous position in this system was 58 th.
Pointing to the extensive advance researches in ISI index, he emphasized on the nessecity of continuation of this increasing rate of reseaches in the university.
It must be noted that TUMS speed of scientific growth (40%) is double the average rate of the country (20%), Dr. larijani quoted.
About the new horizons of education and research in TUMS, He said: inauguration islands of new international branches of the university in Kish and Gheshm will accelerate the growing rate of international interactions that will lead to a promising future for TUMS.
