The Three-Day Program of the “Islamic Medical Knowledge in Iran & India in the Modern Time” Conference

TUMS/PRENS: The three-day conference will be held at Tehran University of Medical Sciences Avicenna Conference Hall and the conference will explore the history of Islamic medicine in Iran and India during the Modern Period, from the coming to power of the Safavids in Iran and the Moguls in India, until the reform phase of traditional medical knowledge and practice. The lectures are from France, England India, Italy and Iran and the lectures are in Persian French or English.
The organizers of the conference are: Mohammad Reza Shams Ardakani (The secretary of the conference), Fabrizio Speztale and Farid Ghasemlou.
