TUMS to Hold a Three-day Congress on Osteoporosis for ECO Countries

TUMSPR News: The Endocrinology and Metabolism Research Institute affiliate to Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) will hold a three-day congress on osteoporosis in late October 2010.


The Endocrinology and Metabolism Research Institute (EMRI) affiliate to Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) will hold a three-day congress on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis for the ten ECO member states on the World Diabetes Day from October 17 to 19, 2010.

The venue of the congress will be at the late Professor Bastan Hagh’s Conference Hall at EMRI.

The Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) is an intergovernmental organization involving seven Asian and three Eurasian nations including Iran, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenstan, and Uzbekistan.
