TUMSPR News: The 7th colposcopy and cervical disease will be held at TUMS Women's Hospital on May 20, 2010.
Based on a report by TUMS Women's Hospital, the 7th colposcopy and cervical pathological diseases workshop will be held at the Hospital on May 20, 2010. The major programs of the workshop include:
Session 1: General principles,epidemiology of cervical cancers, Hpv and cervical cancers, principles and technique of colposcopy, the Bethesda system, ASC Guideline and case studies
Session 2: Introduction to colposcopy, low grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LSIL)high grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (Hsil), cytology, histology, colposcopy management, case studies, Hpv vaccine and pannel questions and answers
Session 3: Practical colposcopy.
The instructors are Dr. Valadan, Dr. Yarandi, Dr. Izadi, Dr. Sarmadi and Dr. Rahimi-moghadam.
