TUMSPR News: Iranian Health Minister and accompanying group visited Tehran Heart Center on Tuesday night August 24, 2010.
Following a series of unscheduled visits, Iranian Health Minister, Dr. Vahid-dastjerdi accompanied by the Chancellor for Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), Dr. Bagher Larijani, the Vice-Minister for Medical Treatment, Dr. Imami-razavi, the head of the university Hospital, Dr. Karimi visited the Emergency Department, ICU, CCU and post-Cath wards while interacting with the patients there. The visit took place on Tuesday night August 24, 2010.
In a televised interview the minister appreciated the Hospital's personnel and expressed her evaluation of the facility beyond expectation and talked about the intent to establish similar facilities throughout the country or reinforce the existing ones.
