TUMSPR News: Dr. Mohammad Jalili, a TUMS faculty member, has participated in the authorship of the renowned emergency medicine textbook titled Tintinalli’s Emergency Medicine: A Comprehensive Study Guide.
Dr. Mohammad Jalili, a TUMS faculty member, has participated in the authorship of the renowned emergency medicine textbook titled Tintinalli’s Emergency Medicine: A Comprehensive Study Guide.
Tintinalli’s Emergency Medicine was first published in 1978 and its 7th edition has been authored by 418 professors from 120 academic institutions from 20 countries around the world. The book is composed of 2208 pages and its electronic version is even more detailed than the book's physical format. Dr. Jalili, has authored the 219th chapter which is an asset to the book with a wide coverage on the diabetes type 2 management in emergency settings.
The textbook has been previously translated into Austrian, Spanish, Italian, Turkish and Chinese languages.
