TUMS Chancellor Emphasizes on Creative Managerial Approaches for Sustainable Growth at the Conference on Creative Approaches to Organizational Change

TUMS Public Relations: Dr. Bagher Larijani, TUMS Chancellor, emphasized on creative managerial approaches for sustainable growth at the Conference on New Approaches to Creative Management in Organizational Change held at the International Conference Hall of Iran's Broadcasting Bureau on Friday February 6, 2011.

The Chancellor for Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), Dr. Bagher Larijani, emphasized on creative managerial approaches for sustainable growth at the Conference on New Approaches to Creative Management in Organizational Change held at the International Conference Hall of Iran's Broadcasting Bureau on Friday February 6, 2011.

The opening speech of the meeting, that was participated by high ranking managers from TUMS, insurance companies and some Iranian banks, was carried out by TUMS Chancellor, Dr. Bagher Larijani who mentioned the recent scientific growth of the country -- that is 11 times that of the other countries -- and said about 40 active pharmaceutical companies in Iran [successfully] supply the conventional prescription medications. He then attributed the scientific development in science and medical services to the national self-confidence, rediscovery of Islamic-Iranian identity and hard work.

He added that employment of creative managerial approaches for organizational growth guarantee further growth and advances. Dr. Larijani believed a new individual and organizational vision was necessary for reshaping the whole health system and creative human resources could revolutionize any organization.

Later on, Mr. Kevin Gaskell, the renowned speaker who once helped three of the world's iconic car manufacturing brands to overwhelming success, gave a day-long speech and shared his experience generously with the audience on creative management approaches.
