Kevin Gaskell Gives a Day-long Speech on New Approaches to Creative Management in Organizational Change

TUMSPR News: Mr. Kevin Gaskell, the renowned speaker who once helped three of the world's iconic car manufacturing brands to overwhelming success, gave a day-long speech at the International Conference Hall of Iran's Broadcasting Bureau on Friday February 6, 2011.

Mr. Kevin Gaskell, the renowned speaker who once helped three of the world's iconic car manufacturing brands to overwhelming success, gave a day-long speech at the International Conference Hall of Iran's Broadcasting Bureau on Friday February 6, 2011 on an invitation by the organizing committee Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) Hospital Management Research Center.

Mr. Gaskell gave his lecture on creative management through telling the stories of two expeditions to the North and South Poles to fundraise the construction of a new ward at the North Wales Cancer Treatment Center.

Joining Porsche in 1987, concurrently managing Lamborghini in 1995-96 and BMW in 1996, Mr. Gaskell led the three businesses to record growth in the three manufacturers' history in Great Britain and lessons from the three case studies formed one of the speeches Mr. Gaskell shared with the audience.

His other lectures were on reviving organizations which were on the verge of bankruptcy, organizational leadership, human resources management and motivation.

The meeting was participated by high ranking managers from TUMS and some insurance companies and Iranian banks.
